Located in the upper area of Playa de los Alemanes, this elegant villa offers a privileged setting to enjoy a holiday marked by tranquillity, privacy and extraordinary views of the Strait of Gibraltar and the African coast.



The property is distributed over a single storey and has 255 m² built on a plot of approximately 1,860 m². Outside, a spacious and well-maintained garden surrounds the private swimming pool of 10 × 4 metres, creating a pleasant space to rest and enjoy the climate of the Cádiz coast.



The access to the villa, clad in natural stone, has space for several vehicles, as well as a private garage with capacity for two cars. Inside, a welcoming entrance hall leads to spacious, bright rooms full of character.



The kitchen is fully equipped and features a large central island and a dining area presided over by wooden beams. The lounge stands out for its pitched ceiling, the warmth of its exposed beams and an imposing marble fireplace, which adds elegance and personality to the whole.



The rest area consists of three double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and direct access to the covered porch. The three bedrooms share two bathrooms, one of them equipped with a bath and shower.



The porch, furnished to enjoy the outdoors, is the perfect place to relax, share a meal or contemplate the views at sunset.



To guarantee a comfortable stay throughout the year, the villa has heating, underfloor heating, iroko wood carpentry and air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the kitchen.
