Villa Maria is an old Istrian house located in the centre of the place Tar, approximately 10 km from Porec and 4 km from the tourist resort Lanterna.

The house was built in 1915 and completely renovated in 2013. On its own enclosed property of 530 sqm with a beautiful view on belfry of the nearby church, the guests have following outdoor facilities on their disposal: open pool of 24 sqm, covered terrace with sitting furniture, barbecue and parking place for 2 vehicles for which one part is covered.



Holiday home for 4 guests with total living area of 91 sqm consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is living area with a dining table, equipped kitchen, separate toilet. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with two separate beds, one bedroom with double bed and access to the large balcony, shower/toilet. Access to the first floor is also possible from the outside.

NOTICE: Guests have free entrance to the holiday resort Lanterna during their stay. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Villa Maria unbedingt weiter.Durch den Pool haben wir den Sandstrand nicht so vermisst und verzichteten auf Strand auch mal. Sehr liebevolle und Gastfreundliche Eigentümer .die gesamte Familie und jederzeit erreichbar falls Probleme. Der Geräuschpegel ist Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da auch noch am Kirchturm gearbeitet wurde. Wir haben viel unternommen und nichts an der Ausstattung vermisst. Fast wie zu Hause. ganz liebe Dankesgrüsse ...Kroatien (Istrien) ist wunderbar...

Pool für uns, Strand ganz nah Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in diesem wunderschönen Anwesen in Tar, nahe Porec. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr herzlich und familiär. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und sogar mit den alltäglichen Dingen wie Öl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer und Müllbeuteln, Geschirr- sowie Spültüchern bestückt. Bade- und Handtücher sowie Toilettenpapier sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Ortskern bietet Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Strände sind nur ein paar km entfernt. Zudem hatten wir freuen Eintritt in das Ferienresort Lanterna. Wir können diese Ferienlocation zu 100% weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für den tollen rudumsorglos Aufenthalt.

Zuerst das negative - die 7 wegen Sauberkeit - das Geschirr in der Küche war nicht sauber, musste zuerst komplett mit der Spülmaschine gereinigt werden. Die Spülmaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Der Eingang zum Erdgeschoss aus dem Hof und die Wendeltreppe im Innenraum ist nicht für große und gewichtige Menschen geeignet. Mehrmals haben wir uns den Kopf angehauen. Die Steine um den Pool sind nicht die idealsten, sie sind bei direkten Sonneneinstrahlen sehr heiß, Verbrennungen an den Füssen sind vorprogrammiert. Jetzt das positive - der Hof und der Pool sind sehr schön und gepflegt, das Wohnzimmer mit Küche ist im Erdgeschoss, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad im OG, 2 Klimaanlagen im OG. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit Geschirr und Besteck befüllt. Im Aussenbereich ist eine bedachte Terasse, auf der wir ganz viel Zeit verbracht haben, sei es das Früh- und Abendessen oder der Spieleabend gewesen. Auf dem Nachbarsgrundstück der Wohnung, ist zwar ganz nah eine Kirche, deren Glocken uns nach einem Tag nicht mehr gestört haben. In der näheren Umgebung, gibt es mehrere Restaurants, bei denen es leckeres Essen gibt. Im großen ganzen waren wir mit dem Urlaub in der Villa Maria sehr zufrieden.

Objekt entspricht den Bildern im Internet.Wohnung ausgesprochen sauber,Garten sehr gepflegt. Eine ruhige zentral gelegene Villa wo nur die Kirchenglocken zu hören sind,die uns in keiner Weise gestört haben.Netter Empfang durch die Gastgeber und kein Grund für Kritik!!
