I had a 10 hour layover when I arrived at Tag Inn No one at the counter. I picked this place because it said someone 24/7 at counter service. I inputted my name and it said I did not have a reservation ?? Had to drive around find another hotel. Expensive night - I would like a full refund

Vous devez faire le Check in et Check out seule et écris en chinois , aucun service de disponible et un peu plus que je devais coucher dehors si ce n’était l’aide d’un couple gentil car aucun message reçu de l’hôtel afin de pouvoir procéder ou simplement entrer dans le lobby pour pouvoir faire ces opérations , je n’y retournerai jamais
