Great location close to airport. Also convienently located on MRT line. We arrived late from Japan and the hotel accompdated a near 4 am checkin. They were also very amenable to allowing a late checkout the following morning. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now, before and after flights into Taipei. It's a great hotel, with a wonderful gym and pool. The restaurant is nice with extensive menu. This time however, we were given a room on the 6th floor, and as soon as we exited the elevator we noticed a strong odour of a chemical, or paint, or varnish. In our room the smell was equally strong. After an hour or so I was getting a headache so we asked if we could move rooms. The staff were very accommodating and instantly put us on the 7th floor at the other end of the hotel. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable and the shower lotions and shampoos are lovely smelling. It's very close to the airport and a great shuttle is available. I would recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of delicious options! The location is perfect since it's so close to the airport, making it very convenient. Also, the room was spotless and very quiet, allowing for a restful sleep. Highly recommended!

The aircon needed some service, it was making a loud noise, difficult to sleep with the noise in the background. There were also noises coming from inside the building (Sounded like an engine running) together it was a nightmare to try and fall asleep.
