Our high floor King room was beautiful. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The free shuttle is a little confusing to book. I reserved the free shuttle to AND from the hotel about a week in advance. They did not send any kind of confirmation, nor give information on where to meet the shuttle. And when the time had come, they only booked me for shuttle to the airport. Which was unfortunate because Ubers were $50USD for a 5 min drive.

Awesome stay

I booked a 2 king bedroom on the high floor, the room was super spacious with lovely interior design. The room is clean, bed is super comfortable and the city view is awesome too. Not to mention the shuttle service to the airport was great also!!

This hotel is really new and clean, and the staff are nice. Free shuttle service to the airport. We got taxi ride to the airport and only 10 minutesride to the airport. We definitely will stay again next time when we go back to Taiwan.

The property did not seem like it was in a safe area. The front of the property did not seem like the hotel was open which led me to think it was still under construction. The hotel was tucked away and did not seem safe to go look for some place to eat.

There were other guests (I’m assuming) that were drinking and smoking right in front of the left side entry door. They were trying to get us to interact with them but you could tell they were intoxicated. I was really surprised the staff had not moved them or asked them to leave. I’m sure this was a one off mistake as the rest of the hotel was amazing, clean and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was easy sort out and the driver knew how to quickly and safely navigate the craziness of the Taoyuan airport. I will definitely stay there when I pass through again.
