Family size room was a little smaller then expected. But it was enough to meet our needs. Room is clean and well maintained. Location wise, very near to airport and HRS. So its great for a quick layover.

The hotel was mostly clean; we found one pillowcase to be very mouldy. However, once we reported it to the hotel staff, they replaced it. The hotel is very hospitable, quiet, and clean. It also has a lovely garden where you can walk around, and breakfast is available for an additional cost. I appreciate the security feature that prevents elevator use without a key card. The area immediately outside the hotel is also quite nice, with a doctor's office, a Family Mart, and various local restaurants, including small family-run eateries serving delicious food. We decided to walk to the nearby aquarium, which took about 30 minutes. The entire walk felt safe and easy to navigate. The staff work 24/7 and are very accommodating. They also speak English, which is a big advantage as it makes communication much easier, although my Mandarin is good too. I would 100% recommend this hotel for families or couples visiting Taiwan who want to stay close to the airport.

The hotel has great facilities with clean room/clean bathroom, nice bed and beautiful garden outside with fish pond. Breakfast has many good selections. The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are not much to do and see there. At dinner, the waitress was aggressive with us when we looked at menu as if she was trying to upsell and influence us on what to choose. Several times we inquired about airport shuttle but we didn’t get a clear explanation. It is just a ride that dropped us off at the train station! And that was quite stressful to try to figure out which train to take us to the airport .
