Manque de professionnalisme et de personnel formé

A l'arrivée le propriétaire déclare qu'il n'a pas reçus de notification par hotels concernant mes reservations (ce qui n'est pas vraie vu que j'ai déjà reçu un message de l'établissement concernant mes réservations quelques jours avant d'arriver). Manque de professionnalisme pour gérer la situation. J'ai pris contact avec le service clients Hotels afin de payer une deuxième fois sur place les réservations deja près payé sur Hôtels. Remboursement fait par hotel par la suite mais j'ai perdu une heure avant de pouvoirs trouver une solution. Reste des services était ok à savoir sortie en voiture et balade avec les chameaux. A l'arrivée pas d'essuie et pas de papiers toilettes ils a fallut demander avant de recevoir une pièce par chambres pour 4 personnes. Personnellement je déconseille cet établissement qui n'a qu'un seule but, récolter un maximum d'argent pour un service qui n'est pas à la hauteur.
