The Inn is lovely, well taken care of. The room was clean and just comfortable. The staff was truly authentic and welcoming. We will definitely make this place a staple for us when traveling in for skiing and any other excuse to visit.

This quaint inn had great rooms at a reasonable price. It's also located in a great part of town with easy access to numerous businesses. There was ample parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. The live music in the lobby was an added bonus. I highly recommend and will definitely return.

We loved staying here! Our quiet room on a courtyard, complete with fireplace, and great bed, was so comfortable! Steps away from so many of the things to see and do. And great margaritas!

Clean, comfortable rooms, with helpful staff and a great location. We really enjoyed the unique set up of our room. The room was equipped with extra blankets and a space heater, which was great during the winter storm. The bar and food were excellent. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

We love this place. It's funky and charming. The staff is so friendly. The only reason we didn't give it a 5 star rating is because its an old hotel with creaky floors and doesn't have basic amenities in the room like a coffee machine, fridge or microwave. Other than that semi inconvenient stuff, this place ROCKS. The bar and food and live music is great.

The room itself was fine and the staff was great but the bathroom was in rough shape. Bathtub needed refinishing and there appeared to be some mold on the upper wall and ceiling over the tub and shower. We enjoyed the kiva fireplace.

The room was clean. The only thing was we woke up at 1am and it was extremely hot and the thermostat was set at 76 and could not be changed.

Most staff were friendly and helpful but the lady clerk at the front desk was unpleasant. We enjoyed the bar pub food and entertainment both nights. It's a great location and the history of the place adds a lot of atmosphere. We enjoyed sitting by the fire but personell seemed uninterested in keeping the fire going, too bad as it's such an important yet simple addition to the place. We were unable to shower this morning due to low pressure and lack of hot water. We were made aware of the problem but were told it wouldn't affect our room. We'd stay again but think a bit closer attention to the guests needs would make for a better experience.

There was a water issue and I somehow didnt get the message. But even so I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was kind and professional. My room as clean and cozy. The music was fabulous! One of the best New Years Ive had in a while. Id definitely stay again in the future
