The room was clean and the breakfast was very good...lots of options! Also the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I found the bed and even the pillows to be much too firm, and the microfiber sheets were hot and uncomfortable, as microfiber is a non-natural material...basically a plastic! Cotton bedding would be much more ideal. Also, mattresses that aren't so hard would be fabulous!

Bathroom heating device was dirty. After flushing, no water from cold faucet handle. SINK is cracked. Only 1, chair , in the room & tv could not be viewed from it. No water bottles nor drinking cups,....just coffee paper cups. Mattress very comfy. Easy access to room via keypad. Good parking. Short window of time for brrakfast. Server was friendly- breakfast typical of hampton inn....subpar for a B&B.

Very cute tucked-away property, gorgeous grounds, we enjoyed our stay in our little bungalow, and the breakfast was great. The host at breakfast was the nicest, most helpful young man. I would have given it a 5, but light bulbs were out in the room, the bed was lumpy and the heat was not working, and the hot water went out completely.

Woke up with no hot water in the room. When we notified staff, they casually said that there was a problem in another room and the hot water had to be shut off for the whole property. Nobody was notified of the situation and we spent way more time trying to figure out a solution than we needed to. We understand that occasionally “things happen”, but when it does the property manager has a duty to inform guests. They utterly failed at that. Also, the in-suite coffee maker did not work. We will not stay here again and certainly will not recommend the property to anyone else.
