JJ’s Nest near Boyne River & Beach

A self contained large studio with private bathroom that is really near to Boyne River & Lilley’s Beach South. A jogging track is next to Boyne River. Just 2 minute walk to Boyne Tannum Hook Up show ground. 3 minutes driving to Tannum Beach. It takes also a very short walk to supermarket, coffee shops, etc. It’s perfect for couples who like to enjoy a relaxing holiday or business travellers who need a quiet stay.

The space:
This studio is underneath the main house . Separate bathroom , separate entrance & shared backyard . Car parking at driveway. The studio has basic amenities: small kitchen, small dining table & AC, TV, bathroom, etc and a lovely garden while relaxing on hammock at backyard. We offer quick oats with milk for brekky.

Guest access:
Car parking is on driveway. The separate sink & table outside are for guests too. Shared washing machine & feel free to pick up any garden veggies & chook eggs if any.

Other things to note:
Pets & Party are not allowed. Big truck/trailer can park at Bray park closed by. No charge for cleaning fee. Send us a reservation review if staying over 7 nights. Thanks.

Lien is a wonderful host. She met us when we arrived and showed us the property and gave many suggestions for dining and activities in the area. We had only 2 nights so we weren't able to use all of her suggestions. The bed was comfortable and the room is spacious.

Great apartment in Boyne Island

Lovely apartment with plenty of space. Every kitchen appliance you can think of! Access to the back garden with hammocks and a table, and kitchen facilities. Clean bathroom with powerful shower. Comfy bed. Very friendly host with great communication. Highly recommend!
