I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Most of the staff were kind, discreet, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy, which I really appreciated. There are just a couple of things that could be improved. It would have been great to have a menu or a QR code by the swimming pool to order food and drinks more easily. I also think the spa facilities and services could have been explained more clearly, as the information wasn't always easy to find. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a lovely place to stay after our 11 day Moroccan adventure where we stayed in Riads and Dars (all were lovely, but it was nice to have more modern conveniences). My only constructive feedback was that wifi was not particular reliable. Otherwise, it was great.

It’s an old hotel, rooms hallways and bedrooms carpets are old and not too clean. Bathroom sink and bathtub were not draining water. We had to remove the metal. The room king bed was like a queen or we got a queen instead of queen. Bedroom mattress was not comfortable. I will never return to this hotel.
