内風呂付きで予約しましたが、化粧水とかのアメニティーがなく困りました。また加湿器が無かったので乾燥して口が切れました。チェックインの際に夜のバイキングの時間と朝食のバイキングの時間が2部制で分かれてるの知りましたがその時には選ぶ事も出来ず子供を連れて行ったのにゆっくり食べれませんでした。
洗面所、トイレのドアは洗面器に当たって半分しか開きません

今回、初めての大江戸温泉さんのホテルでした。 スーペリア和室に泊まりました。4階海側で、眺望やお部屋の広さには満足しましたが、アメニティや設備などはスーペリア？と納得できない最低限のものでした。今どきの上級ビジネスホテルのほうがサービスが良いです。 残念だったのがトイレの匂いが独特で私たちには悪臭だったので、フロントに伝えて消臭剤をお借りしました。対応は素早かったのでよかったのですが、フロントまで取りに来て欲しいとのこと、スタッフが少ないからなのでしょうが客に部屋の不備に関して足を運ばせるのは、おもてなしやホスピタリティの面からはマイナスではないでしょうか。 同時に別のものもお借りしたので、フロントへは出向きましたが、返却もチェックアウトのときに持ってきて欲しいとのこと、部屋に置いておいてお掃除のかたが回収していただければいいのでは？とかんじました。 横柄な客にはなりたくないですが、宿泊費に見合う対応ではなかったように思いました。 三つ星ビュッフェの食事はまずまず満足ですが、1時間30分の時間制限は慌ただしいです。2時間必要だと思います。 客数も多いし料理を揃えるだけで、30分かかりました。 食べ放題を謳っていても落ち着かない食事は満足度が薄れます。 朝のメロンスムージーも楽しみにしてたのに、入荷待ちで品切れのようでした。欠品だすのは、プロとして、意識が低いと思います。ハーゲンダッツのアイスクリームもディッシャーが小さく、よそうのに時間かかり、列をなして不便です。まるで、経費のかかっているものはなるべく食べられたくないのかなと疑ってしまいます。 かに、あわび、マグロなどの海鮮はとてもおいしかったです。特に勝浦産の生マグロは新鮮でした。あわびも小ぶりだけど、味と柔らかさはよかった。かにも期待してなかったら、案外身がスカスカでなかったので残念感はなかったです。 温泉はよかった、大浴場のしつらえも好みでとても落ち着いてゆっくり楽しめました。洗い場の水道もよくあるすぐ止まってしまうものではなく、ずっと出続ける物なのでポイント高いです。 私の感覚で？と思う欠点もありますが、トータルでは良い評価にしましたが、コスパ的には最高とも言いづらいところです。お部屋をスタンダードにして2人で4万円くらいなら、コスパいいと言えたかな。スーペリア和室、もう少し設備、備品充実した方がいいはず、それか、料金もう少し抑えて欲しい。より、一層の企業努力を期待します。

施設の古さを感じましたが、 ①部屋は綺麗に清掃されていた。 　ただ部屋の壁が薄く隣の部屋の会話が聞こえた。 ②スッタフの対応も良かった。 　良かった点は、食事中ホールを巡回中のスタッフの方がお声かけいただき家族写真を撮っていただきました。 ③温泉は、肌はツルツル、温泉内は硫黄の香りがしマイナスイオンを沢山取りれ、日頃の疲れを癒す事ができました。 相互的に良かったです。

客室はよかったです。 サービスも良かったのですが、 チェックインに40分とかなり時間がかかったのと、夜ご飯の時間もチェックインの待ち時間中に満席になったりしてたので、ご飯の時間決めれるのは事前に知っていたらもっと早く行きました。 チェックイン待ってる間にカラオケの時間も埋まってしまうし、その辺りが残念でした。是非改善してほしいです。

お部屋にミネラルウォーターもなく、水道水でお湯を沸かしてお茶を飲むの？という感じでした。ブッフェレストランも、食べ終わったお皿の回収もなく、席の案内もなく、ほぼセルフ状態でした。 これでプレミアム？と思いました。宿泊費も高かったのに非常に残念でした。

押し車を押して歩くおかんが風呂場に行くのに階段しか無くて登り降りが大変でしたが，それ以外は畳敷の風呂場は足も痛くなく、風呂上がりのラウンジもお酒も美味しく楽しめました。

口コミに料理がすごく美味しいとあったけど、期待していたほどではなかったです。 貸切風呂がありましたが、説明も使用中などの表示もなかったので、使用していたら、スタッフの人が外から鍵を開けてきた。さすがに勝手に開けるのはどうかと思う。 大浴場は畳張りで、冷たさや滑りがないのでよかったと思う。 温質は最高です！！

シングルベッドタイプとなっており、部屋の変更について問い合わせをしたが対応がスムーズで速やかに対応してくれました。しかし6月より温泉の工事が行われているとのことで風呂が男女の、いずれか片方の入浴となっており、当日までそのアナウンスも無かった。お風呂を楽しみにしており非常に残念でした。

期待はずれ

　食べ放題を大々的に宣伝してる割にイマイチだった、館内廊下などは綺麗に改装されてるが客室が古くシミなどが目立った。 　スタッフの対応は良かったのですが、チェックインに時間が掛り過ぎて外にまで長い列が出来ていた。

料理以外はちょっと残念でした。

とりあえず、豪華な夜ご飯のために泊まります。景色はあんまないし、昭和の施設は...老けてます。でも夕飯はたしかにすごいです。いくら軍艦、ステーキ、マグロ三昧（解体もあって）とか。もちろん全部は食べ放題です。 温泉は、清潔感は充実だけど天然じゃないかと。お風呂上り体は塩素臭かった。
