The location is good, but the hotel looks old. There was a mixup with our room; we got in and we saw it was occupied! Finally we got one on the 1st floor but towards the garden, not the pool. The room only has one chair, consider adding another one and maybe a coffee table. The rest room and shower area is reduced. You have to ask and get your coffee bags if you want some. No breakfast included. The cleaning staff super kind, specially Ana. mornings were noisy with Kids in the hallway, staff should be more aware.

The first room the reception gave me was neglected, she should have made sure that it was clean. But the hotel restaurant workers were very polite.
There was a dirty blanket in the tub.
There was a dirty rag in the sink.
