Ihan ok. Likaisia astioita kaapissa, aika paljon roskia lattioilla. Vessan roskiksesta vanhoja terveys siteitä tai jotain. Jääkaapin tiivisteet erittäin kuumat( palovaara?!) ja palovaroittimia ei näkynyt yhtäkään. Muuten hyvin viihtyisä katto huoneisto.
