The facility is in a poor neighborhood and the parking lot was empty. One glance at the hotel and we decided not to stay forfiting my money and found a better hotel nearby. I would not recommend Tampa inn unless u like crime, drugs and drama

I booked this hotel because it was close to Bush Gardens. The pool looked like there was mold growing on the bottom, black in all the cracks and crevices but the water didn’t feel gross so that’s something. The room was clean..ish. When I woke in the middle of the night I observed a (single, only one I can confirm I saw. However, where there is one there are many) roach in the sink which made me wonder; if there is mold in the pool and roaches in the room perhaps that’s why the shower tile was black and the carpet was dark. I would not stay here again and they should lower the rate and at every least fumigate!

This place is terrible when I saw the room I refuse to sleep in these conditions. I ask for a refund because I booked the same day and it was not granted I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

The property was what I expected for 2 stars. The sheets were clean and we had housekeeping every day. The water pressure was good and the air was working. For the cons. There were only 2 small towels for 2 of us for 3 nights. The mini fridge was 1/3 full of ice. Like it needed defrosting. The tv screen had crayon markings on it. The WiFi was really slow.
