The room was dirty and stained sheets/pillow cases. Second floor balcony is literally crumbling apart, and the SMELL of mold wet carpet from leaking ac in ROOM! The location is full of homelessness an prostitute/drug deals.

I need a refund for one night from hotels. I booked at at 3 a.m. When it's after 4 a.m. it's considered a no show. So I had to pay 70 additional dollars and they informed me I needed that refunded from Hotels.com
