The hotel was very clean. Bar/restaurant staff was awesome. Room was large and clean. Beds were very comfortable. And they let us check in before as soon as the room was ready!

We enjoyed our stay during Christmas. The rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly and, the shuttle drivers were awesome. The only problem was the sink had a horrible sewer smell.
There beautiful lobby area, decorated very nice for Christmas Holiday.

Room and hotel were nice. Charged a parkeing fee that was never mentioned then put it on the incendentals fee since im sure ither hace argued about not approving that charge. The price was okay, when you include the parking fee per day and extra charge for another vehcile it reqlly doesnt make much sense to stay here compared to other locations even within the IHG network.

No hot water during the length of our visit. Lobby and restaurant areas smelled bad of sulphur as did the water coming out of the taps in sinks and bathrooms.

The front desk agent was very helpful about and beyond. She was friendly, smiled and approachable her name slipped my mind. You’ll know who she is right away. I don’t like the transportation system they have setup!
