Pros-breakfast had many choices including a made to order omelet station! Happy hour included snacks and drinks. Friendly staff! Cons-Our first room had no hot water. I chose the room so it would be in the corner. They did promptly move us. They said it was an upgrade, but the new room although having a better view was loud. Could hear the music from the outside bars into the wee hours. Choose wisely when you choose a room.

The room was clean and quiet--not only inside the hotel. There was no street noise, despite being located at one of the busiest areas in Tampa.

Parking is insanely priced! $45 to park with room reservation. Then add that we were given a room that wasn't even cleaned! There was literally black hair al over the shpwer, tub, bathroom sink. Sink outside of bathroom wasn't draining. Will not stay here again. Definitely not worth the cost. We've paid half the price for better

I don’t appreciate being sold Hilton honors crap while I’m trying to relax in the lobby. I was approached 3 times in 10 minutes. Twice by the same guy who somehow didn’t recognize me. I won’t be staying at Hilton again bc of this
