I was told to stand in the check in line after I had checked in the day before and my key card was deactivated. I explained I already had a room, but they didn't care. They also seem to have issues answering calls. The location is great and I was upgraded to a lovely room with an amazing view so that helped make things better. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants and stores.

Room was good, hotel was neat and clean, everything was good until extra fees were added. Was unaware of an extra $30.00 fee for something that could be spent in the restaurant. Should also have free parking along with valet parking to choose from.

Everything was perfect. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the happy hour....very small choice of food items. Other than that, we were very pleased. Definitely will come back!
