Positives and negatives. I’ll start with negatives
1) I can’t believe they charge for parking! It’s ridiculous, especially with the room prices already so high
2) I reserved and pre-paid for a handicapped king-sized bedroom but what I got was a non-handicapped room with / double beds. I arrived at 2am so I wasn’t about to go back to the desk at that time to complain. I had called ahead, much earlier in the night to let them know I would be late, so it wasn’t like they didn’t know I was coming. When I mentioned it when I checked out the person behind the desk apologized but made a lot of shallow excuses like “Well, we were overbooked” and “at least we didn’t move you to another hotel”. What? How is this my problem- and really why would you think that would make me feel better? It just pissed me off how it was all handled. Thankfully I didn’t spend much time in the room so it was fine.
Now the good stuff:
1) clean and very spacious rooms!
2) The complimentary breakfast was amazing! So much variety and delicious too!
3) Bar & restaurant staff were great and food/drinks delicious (I had dinner there the last night)
