The room was large and comfortable, but dark. More and brighter lighting would help. Anna at check-in is great! She is friendly, helpful and efficient and is a definite asset to the hotel. Rooms were great, breakfast was yummy, transport was fun. Best spot to stay for Busch Gardens vacation.

The night staff at front desk was amazing. The woman worked very hard to assist with all my needs. Overall a great stay besides paying for parking. This was a surprise. Its 15$ a night for parking. Wow!!

Check in was very slow! On a busy weekend like Thanksgiving there should have been more than one person doing check in! The line was very long even though the concierge was doing her best!
