This is located in Norhdale near the Dalemabry Hwy is a great area. It is a mini studio for a good holiday for two guests. This studio features a queen size bed, full bathroom, a small kitchen with microwave, a mini fridge, coffee maker, including coffee, tea, sugar, cream, salt, pepper and water. It has independent entrance, parking, smoking area and easy access when entering. It is very well conditioned and with excellent cleanliness.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights for a wedding, and this was perfect for that. It's small, but has everything you need for a quick weekend when we just needed a place to crash to sleep for two nights. It's one room with a bed and kitchenette (fridge was helpful for leftovers) and then a full bathroom. Entrance is on the side of the house with a keypad entry. Instructions were timely and clear. Parking is off the street which is also nice. Occasionally we could hear noise from the main house, but pretty quiet and never for long or at night when we were trying to sleep. Overall, great stay.

We only stayed one night and it was a nice clean room with everything we needed. We got in late and when we couldn’t figure out the keyless pad, the owner came immediately to our assistance.

Phenomenal place tucked back in a quiet neighborhood!

Nice private entrance through wood fence gate. Studio style with walk-in shower bathroom attached to room. Very quiet and perfect for what I needed! Would stay here again without question. 5 stars for sure in every category!

Great location, nice neighborhood tucked away but close to a Walmart and a Walgreens, restaurants and golf. Nice little patio. We were on the go the entire time but nice bed and bathroom. Fridge and everything you would need to make it home base

Very Quiet, Clean and secluded

The room was very clean and had all of the amenities that you would expect in a hotel from shapoo to soap to towels and washclothes. There is even an extra blanket should you want one. It was very quiet and secluded and I didn't hear noise like you do in a hotel. The family was very nice and there was parking for my vehicle. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to rest your head and get recharged. Yes, they even have a flat screen TV and a refrigerator. I was very happy staying here and I couldn't beat the price anywhere else.

It was nice, clean, and had everything I needed. Some of the information needs to be updated, though. The driveway was redone, looks much nicer now. And the entry into the room is different, it says there's a key, but it's a digital pass code. Other than that, it was perfect. Thank you

Fantastic location

This is a great place to stay in when you visit Tampa. Gloria is a very friendly person and makes you feel welcome. The room was very clean and I had no issues with nothing in the room. If you are someone who is visiting Tampa and needs a place to stay this is a fantastic place to stay, whenever I get a chance to come back to Tampa this is the place I plan on staying in.
