This was the second time my family and I are staying at this hotel and everything is great. We love the location. The front desk is always welcoming and efficient. My only complaint is that one of the elevators is still not working, since the last time we were there.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and acknowledged our request. and the hotel location was excellent. However, the cleaning staff did not clean or straighten our room during our 3 night stay and we had to request more towels/washcloths. The AC was very inconsistent in maintaining temperature set, at night the room would register 72 degrees even though set at 67 degrees

A Must Visit/Stay You Will Never Forget

This is the first I stayed at a Courtyard by Marriott hotel. The Courtyard by Marriott in North Tampa was such a unexpected wonderful and beautiful experience I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling or for whatever the occasions looking for a hotel that is exactly what the reviews state, believe the 9.2 rating. Every morning the staff was polite and inviting. Staff that clean the hotel and rooms made sure the surrounding areas was always presentable and the rooms were cleaned daily. The multiple bed rooms is huge and looks brand new and well kept. If I had to give a personal hotel rating I would give a 9.6. However, nothing is perfect but, this location make it almost perfect.

The kids enjoyed the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and coffee was readily available. Breakfast was good too.
