The Space:

Morning light spills across the living room, inviting you to sip coffee while the house settles into a calm rhythm. In the evening, the patio’s modest seating lets you breathe in the gentle Florida air before gathering with your group for a relaxed night in. The first‑floor layout balances shared spaces with private retreats, giving everyone room to unwind at their own pace.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each feature a queen bed and its own full bathroom, providing personal space for up to eight guests. The consistent bedroom setup works well for families, couples traveling together, or groups who appreciate a private bathroom after a day of exploring.



Living space

The spacious living area anchors the home, offering comfortable seating for movie nights or quiet moments. A small patio off the living room seats two, perfect for a brief outdoor pause or a morning breeze.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen includes standard appliances and a breakfast nook for casual mornings. The adjacent dining area accommodates meals together, and a washer‑dryer unit inside the home makes longer stays convenient.



Outdoor & shared amenities

Community amenities are just steps away: a shared pool for a refreshing dip, a gym for a quick workout, and a clubhouse with a grill for casual barbecues. You’ll also find a basketball court, walking and biking trails, and additional outdoor spaces that are open to all residents and guests.

The home sits in Lutz, a short drive from the University of South Florida, Busch Gardens Tampa, the Museum of Science and Industry, Takomah Trail Park, and Lettuce Lake Park. These nearby attractions give you easy options for both active outings and relaxed nature walks.

Air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round, while WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and a TV provide entertainment and productivity. Self check‑in with a smart lock ensures a smooth arrival, and free on‑premises parking removes any hassle. The property welcomes pets, making it a welcoming base for longer stays of 28 days or more.

The Neighborhood:

Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area.



Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.



Getting Around:

We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
