A lot of lipstick
Pros: The property was a good location for us to visit family. The beds were good, the living room couch nice for watching movies for all of us. It was too cold to swim in the pool but it looked nicely taken care of. Bathrooms were newer and clean. Cons:Carpet in the bedrooms are stained and dirty looking. Interior doors, walls, baseboards and trim are dirty. Shower in the master bedroom had very weak pressure. Both toilets were running after every flush. Dryer is really loud. It worked but something is wrong with it. Back porch dingy and dirty with chipped concrete around the pool. We only stayed two nights so we handled it but would not rent this unit again. Someone needs to come in and clean it up. The owners just put a bunch of lipstick on the place but not much attention to detail.

Tampa stay
First and foremost-the neighborhood was not what we expected. The home was very clean. Both bathrooms had toilets that didn’t function properly, the toilets wouldn’t fill to flush and water pressure in the showers extremely low. The kitchen had absolutely no towels for dishes, pot holders etc. And only one extra blanket throughout the house. We enjoyed our stay due to the people we were with. Also close proximity to the hockey arena as we were there primarily for a hockey game.
