Luxurious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in gated community.
Prime location! Only 10 minutes away from Tamarindo or Playa Conchal and 15 from Flamingo Bay.
The condo was recently built, fully equipped kitchen, cable, Internet and A/C in each room. Washer and dryer are also in the unit.
Don't feel like driving to the beach?
You can always relax by the one of the pools in the complex (4 total) and grill some food in the BBQ area.
Outdoor gym.
Free parking within the gated area and 24/7 security.
The space
It is located in a very central area on the paved road that connects Huacas and Villa Real. Only 10 minutes from Tamarindo beach, 20 minutes from Playa Grande and 25 from Avellanas which are great surfing spots, my personal favorites. Conchal is 15 minutes away and it is a quite and private beach where you can enjoy the clear water and beautiful nature. Flamingo bay also 15 minutes away and offers breathtaking sunsets!
