Welcome to Diria Oceano Estates! Our second-floor condominium offers a blend of tranquility and vibrancy, making it the perfect getaway for family and friends. With accommodations for up to six guests, you'll find our space both inviting and functional.

The condo was perfect. It was well decorated with all the amenities in a great location. Restaurants and shopping were close by including two little supermarkets to get some supplies. The beds were super comfortable. Communication was great. We definitely hope to stay here again.

The host was good at communicating, response was prompt! The condo had a few issues, no dishwasher and we were never able to get hot water in kitchen sink! 2 out of 3 TV’s did not work, we called and they sent someone right over but he was unable to fix them. There were quite a few stairs getting to pool area but we did fine with that! Over all we enjoyed our stay, great view from balcony!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit is very stylish and is well equipped with everything we needed. One small thing is a few short/ lowball drink glasses would be nice.I also think it is a shame the view of the ocean and sunset has been blocked by the over grown palm trees. Just a little thinning of the upper branches would bring the view from almost blocked to stunning! I am not suggesting they be removed just pruned a little. We love the Diria location! Great property in a great location, right in the middle of the action In Tamarindo. The complex it is located in is very large with a huge resort style pool and lush, well-maintained grounds. Going out the property gate puts you right on the main strip where you have lots of restaurant and shopping options and you are also just across the street from the beach. ( We enjoyed the Italian restaurant across the street while I would NOT recommend the restaurant named Ocean located a block to the left) The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you may need including a full size oven and fridge. My husband enjoyed sitting on the large balcony working on his laptop while enjoying the view.

2nd Class Condos

The condo was clean & fine, and the management company did a great job communicating about the property. Our complaint is that the condo is located within the El Diria Hotel complex and condo guests are treated there like 2nd class citizens. You cannot get pool towels, you cannot sit on the beach chairs, & our daughter was kicked out of the fitness center despite being the only person working out. (They saw her condo wrist band on the surveillance camera and came to tell her to leave.) There is also a daily "towel & leave" derby at the pool where families reserve blocks of chairs at 7am with towels and then only saunter back at 10am to assume their positions. Who needs a rate race for pool chairs?

I owned a business and home in Tamarindo for many years and decided to return after selling everything in 2022. The Diria Oceano condo is a fantastic location with an ocean view. I would highly recommend the unit for active adults. I will return again next year but plan to stay longer. One week was just too short of a stay in this wonderful spot

The location of this place was perfect!! It was clean, centrally located and easy to walk everywhere. We were able to enjoy the Howler Monkeys and a great view of the pool. The property owners were quick to fix the AC within an hour of it stopping. Very friendly! The only thing I would mention was the water pressure in the main bathroom not being great and luke warm water in the second bathroom. Overall I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

My spouse and I had a wonderful stay at Diria Oceanic. There were.quite a few stairs to climb between the unit and pool areas. Several restaurants and shops to choose from. Communication was great! Maintenance was response when we had an issue. Would recommend it!

Overall this is a nice condo, lots of space, and beautiful views of the resort pool and the ocean. Overall very clean and very nicely decorated with home decore. Kitchen has cooking pans and some seasonings and oil to cook with, beds are very comfortable. The condo building and grounds are also very beautiful! Even better than the pictures. Only cons are some minor issues with the bathroom faucets that need some maintenance and the spare bathroom had a sewer gas smell coming from one of the drains but it wasnt badd if you kept the window open. Also somehow their wifi had gotten unplugged and put away so we were not able to use the wifi until our last day we finally figured it out. There was another box we thought was it, but was not. Overall enjoyed our stay and thought the price was a good value for all the space.

Lovely property, very difficult check in process

Grounds/Location- large well maintained grounds. Very clean and centrally located. Nice pools. Fun swim up bar. safe and plenty of activities in the area. Condo - clean. well maintained. A couple of minor maintenance issues to be addressed in between guest. Plenty of nice touches such as laundry soap and a great guide to activities and trust worthy folks to contact to assist in scheduling. Check-in - worst experience I've had checking into a property. We arrived at 5:03pm and property management company was closed. We were able to easily access the wrist bands to get on to property grounds. The instructions provided by property management company neglected to inform of a detail regarding unlocking a gate vs. key lock box. Unfortunately this detail was noted in a VRBO message that was not accessible due to lack of internet. We had approximately 11 people assist from security, bellman, etc. and we could not access property. Significant difficulty communicating with Property Management Company(you will need to have WhatsApp to communicate). After almost 2 hours attempting to access property we ended up staying the first night at another property. Highly recommend checking in during business hours if you are going to stay at this property. It is a lovely property, just challenging to access with instructions provided.
