The property definitely did not meet our expectations: especially the accommodation.
Don’t know where to start :
Loose electrical wires - inadequate plumbing : old outdated and almost impossible to get a medium hot shower
The hairdryer did not function and looked really dirty and no alternative was offered and its fitting on the wall was loose .
The mattress was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in and after 4 nights my back is in pain .
The terrace door did not lock so my wife really was feeling unsafe and when we spoke with reception the acknowledged the issue but said all rooms had the same issue .
The noice despite the hotel being more a a quiet family hotel was really bad as you could hear the people talking both from the other room but also coming from the outdoor through the terrace door.
The small fridge was making a lot of noice.
The breakfast was poor as:
No orange juice, very little sweet options and most were dried up unappealing biscuits like the cold very hard mini churros .
Also the breakfast room was too small so we had to wait for a table .Why not use the outdoor space more and surely people would enjoy that more.
Only positive was the friendly waiter who served us in the bar pool area who was really kind and helpful.
The pool area is nice and with a bit more investment and commitment from management this could be a nice little family hotel but surely not a resort as the name Coral beach resort misleads you to believe.
