On the first floor, the villa has a garage for one car, a bedroom, a shower room and a laundry room equipped with essential appliances. The entrance to the living area leads to a cozy sitting area with fireplace, a dining area with terrace access and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a further bedroom with three single beds, a separate shower room and a WC on this floor. On the second floor you will find three well-appointed bedrooms, each with picturesque views of the mountains from their respective balconies. There is also a shared bathroom and separate WC on this level. Outside, the villa has a large plot with a spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the valley and the mountains. The private pool garage for one car, a parking space for two cars and a private pool of 12 x 4 m with safety cover. Garden furniture and a barbecue complete the outdoor area. The house is situated uphill towards Col de la Forclaz: ideal location as a starting point for many hikes or mountain bike tours. Free shuttles to the beach run throughout the summer. All local stores are located in Talloires or Menthon Saint-Bernard, about 6 km away. Please note that snow equipment is essential for winter stays.
