Lovely hotel in a great location. Almost all aspects were great, I just experienced incredibly slow service at the reception desk. Otherwise a great hotel.

It was adverised as having a restaurant..but the restaurant was privately run and i was refused a meal because i had not reserved a table despite it only being a third full when i entered. The excuse was they were fully booked. It was my last full day there and was looking forward to eating there. It was 2pm on a saturday. Very disappointing as non hotel guests were eating there

Solid 4* hotel

Rooms are a bit dated but very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Good room amenities. Decent buffet breakfast. Central location. Reasonable prices. Room safe needed a key from reception rather than a code which was a hassle. Sugar wasn’t replenished once during my three night stay. Other than that, pretty good.

Really lovely hotel , I have stayed here before so knew I would have a great time staying here to see the Tallinn Christmas market, everyone in my group stayed here and had a brilliant time and said it was a great choice and they would come back and stay here the next time they come to the city. Good hotel - if you forget the receptionist!

Good value and great location. Shame about the lady on reception when we arrived. Surly and unwelcoming. That said, every other member of staff was lovely! Great breakfast too
