Clean bedlinen and towels. Beds good confort. Bedsofa, really hard and no good comfort. Nice staff. Fun to se the old house/building things they have keept, for ex. Indoor wells and other interior designs.

Very important..No lift for going to 4th and 5th floor. You have climb 30-40 steps with your luggage. This should be highlighted by property and also by sites like Expedia. Not good for senior citizens like us. Hotel should provide help in getting the luggage up and down. Room is spacious but lacks proper ventilation. So it was hot when we checked in. Breakfast was good. Lots of eating option around the hotel. All must see attractions are within walking distance. Place around looks like you are transported back to 18th century.

A very nice hotel in a great location. The only minus is that the elevator only goes to the third floor. So if your room is in the upper floors you must climp some steps with your luggage. Our room was very spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was also nice enough.

The hotel is in a good position in the Old Town. It has a nice bar and restaurant. The breakfast provided was ok with fruit, fruit juices , cold meats and cheeses, hot items and rolls and breads. But the room itself was a real disappointment. We had booked a standard double (room 205). However it was extremely small. There was only a twin bed - pushed up against one wall- making getting out of the bed extremely difficult as it was only accessible from the side or bottom. I only just about managed it- people less mobile would struggle. There was also a small desk, single wardrobe and a chair. Hardly any other floor space. The bathroom was even smaller. It consisted of a toilet, a small sink and a very small shower complete with shower curtain. A squeegee was there for you to mop the floor.

No air-conditioning in the room. It wasn't hot, in fact was cold for summer. The room was on ground floor directly next to a restaurant so it can be noisy. But the friendly, helpful hardworking staff made up for the bit of inconvenience. I didn't need the room to be made up, asked for fresh towels and it arrived within 5 mins. Breakfast room staff was always clearing the dishes and topping up food. I was in a big hotel chain in another country before Estonia that I shall not name and their staff is not at this high level of service.

It has so much character and history, was very comfortable, excellent location in Old Town. The hotel restaurant was incredible and well priced. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. I would absolutely stay again!

If you want a quiet hotel yet within walking distance of all the main sites then this is great. Lots of breakfast options, comfy beds and roomier than most European hotel rooms. We were tired on our first night and wanted to eat somewhere close and went to Kleo a few doors down. Reasonably priced and no fuss.
