David was very accommodating. The apt is adorable and the bed is very comfortable. We only gave him one nights notice as we were trying to outrun the ice storm. The dogs loved the yard and it’s only 5 minutes fro midtown.

The apartment was wonderful, and David was a very considerate host. Even left a bottle of wine for us, which was a nice surprise. The space was very clean, and the bed was plush. Overall, we had a great stay.

Amenities are great-coffee pods for keurig, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, bed was very comfortable, nice kitchenette area and plenty of dishes. Perfect instructions on how to find it and where to park.

Great host & perfect location for FSU!

Had a great 2-night stay during my daughter's FSU orientation days. The location is perfect for anything you may need to do on campus. I had to come back and forth a few times throughout the day and was able to get there and back very easily each time. The host has put a lot of work into making this space it's own. Super cute set-up & decor. Very clean and had everything I needed and then some. This would be a great stay for football weekends! Definitely coming back for one of many trips to Tallahassee over the next 4 years!

Beautiful little guest house

Description for this property is accurate. Close to downtown and FSU. So much better than local hotels which I feel are not as clean. This house was clean, smelt nice, the property manager was very prompt in response and it even came with little snacks and water. The inside and outside of the property is very well maintained. Will definitely stay here next year for my work meetings.
