Our 5th stay and was disappointed-sorry

At 7:00 pm requested a blanket, front desk said it would be up shortly. No blanket so called again at 7:45 got answering service told him problem so he connected me to front desk. Phone rang at least 15-20 times so hung up. Blanket never arrived, I wrapped a bath towel around cold shoulders

Shaleah was outstanding just what a host should be like, dinner was wonderful, dining area very clean, the Drury Hotel, is what a hotel should be, there guest first, What do they need after a long day traveling? A happy greeter, hot meal, a drink and comfortable room!
