Master bedroom with queen, firm mattress and laptop/work station. Guest bedroom with twin bed that pulls out to a king and another bedroom with full/twin bunk bed. High speed 140 Mbps internet, 140+ channels, Netflix, Roku, Chromecast. Keurig coffee bar w/ free Keurig and drip coffee. Rental-only property for a clutter-free environment. Really a gem of a find! Our California family came in for the holiday and were pleasantly surprised at the house. Very clean, well appointed and centrally located for family activities. Our hosts were always available, even for a late hunt for a forgotten IPad! I highly recommend this house and its owners.

I brought my family to their first FSU game. We have 3 young children and the house was very comfortable and clean. Our hosts were very attentive and they checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. After a long drive it was very easy to access the property and get settled. I would definitely stay here again for future visits.

Quiet Neighborhood, welcoming hosts, not your grandma’s tv
I have stayed in a few short-term rental houses over the last couple of years and I would say this one is the best of all of them. The hosts are welcoming and wonderful at communicating with you before, during, and after your stay. I never saw them but had messages from them ensuring our stay was perfect. The house is warm and welcoming, the bedrooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the Televisions are not small. The home is in an established neighborhood with large oak & pine trees. I would recommend this house and will likely stay here again on any future trips.
