Especially shout out to all the staff especially Debbie who help us in any Enquiry . They are all helpful and my husband and I really enjoy the stay even though we arrived with the whole week of raining season , the hotel provide us umbrella and Mr Rafa the Conceige is so helpful and friendly . Overall amazing hospitality at the lobby and cleaning service! We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed all of them, area in Ximen is a bit low in maintenance but as soon as you step into Westgate it feels like a haven. The dragon is also a nice touch, thank you WH team for the wonderful stay!

I’m impressed- truly

Excellent stay ! Wow let’s start with rhe location - cannot be beat. Here’s why: 30 second walk to the metro station (one stop away from Taipei Main station) and the night market and entertainment district is literally behind the hotel but the hotel and rooms are quiet ! The staff is incredibly nice - some of the nicest people I’ve interacted with and the breakfast buffet is huge - so many choices. I’m impressed

Property is less than 1min walk to Ximen Station Exit 6. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room is clean and they gave 2 pineapple cakes as welcome snack. Only feedback is, soundproofing wasn’t great and i can hear people talking outside quite clearly. But i guess many hotels are like tat. Will stay again if i return to Taipei.
