The staffs are very friendly overall! For the price, amenities are lacking. 1. Laundry room equal 1 household washer, and a dryer in which staffs warned would take a long time to dry. Not ideal for travelers. Staffs recommended a laundromat down the street. 2. They don’t offer phone transfer to your room. It was hard for me to reach my elderly mother who was resting in the room while I was out and tried to call her. This was quite odd and never experienced in my years of hotel stays. 3. Bed Bugs!!! Be warned. I told management and response was they would call exterminator. No compensation for all the bites on my body. Would never stay here again!
