Helpful Staff

Booked a Superior room with no window. Good size and structure of the room (a curtain on one wall) does not make lack of a window such an issue. Staff were very helpful with directions. Breakfast range is very good. Hotel has Washer and Dryer with free wash powder, to do your own laundry. Free drink and latter in the day steamed buns available in foyer. There is a market area with shops directly opposite the hotel, many shops and stalls are open during the day, though really comes alive at night. Plenty of buses going past hotel. Chung Yo Dept store is about 10 min walk down the road, a large dept store, but also large range of eating places within (basement , ground level at front ,14th Floor and 15th floor - highly recommend Buffet on 15th Floor tower B).
