The staffs are very polite and helpful. Room is clean and neat. Location is close to everywhere. I would recommend friends to book this hotel.

The washing machine and drying machine is fantastic. Location is also a big bonus, very accessible to everywhere.

The hotel staff upgraded us to a bigger room upon checked in due to overbooking. But we were later told after checked in that we need to move to the standard room after 1 night stay otherwise we will need to pay for the differences. It posed a lot of inconvenience for us and so we refused to pay. The moving wasted a lot of our precious time. The eventual room that we are assigned while clean is smaller than what we saw on the website. We are rather disappointed by the poor service. The room is reasonably clean though. Overall, if I am to go back to Taichung again, I will not going back to FM hotel. The way I was treated doesn’t make me feel that I am a customer to them. Rather than someone who is being thrown around to solve their overbooking issues.

all right joint.

clean place, tv was low quality, otherwise everything was fine. used to be very convenient for train station, but too much construction and confusion around. nice to have a convenience store right underneath. bed was comfortable. quiet. overall a good place. better than what i expected for price.

Neighbour kept slamming door and talking super loud at 3am, we called front desk and there was no one to pick up the phone for half hour. Finally someone picked up but the situation was never resolved.

It's was alright

The air con switch doesn't seem to work, it got cold at night. Not enough parking space and a little bit too far from the night market. Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied with the stay

Comfortable stay with wide bathroom and enough space for two. Many power outlets which I really like this point. Modern interior and clean. Helpful staffs. Good location with family mart next door from the hotel entrance. Shops and restaurants nearby, few minutes walking from Taichung rail station and also bus stop. Friendly price and conditions.

Warm hospitality and great location

I was really touched by the hotel service during my stay. All the hotel staffs were super helpful with warm attitudes. Location is great and only less than 3 mins walking distance from train station. Room size is perfect for two. I definitely recommend this new hotel.

Brand New Clean Hotel near Taichung Train Station

This hotel is newly refurbished, therefore it is clean and comfortable. Formally known as Farmosa. Located opposite the Taichung Train Station (note: it is not the HSR train station) to get to HSR station, need to take a taxi, will cost around NT220. Short walking distance to Miyahara. Can feel that the hotel staffs are making an effort to be polite & friendly. Breakfast nothing to shout about, breakfast service staffs seem very new and inexperience, they should do well with some training. Overall, modern, new and clean hotel to stay.

沒有停車位唷~比較不便一點 但旁邊就有公有停車場，這次停快15小時(有跨夜)才$120 跟停車場公告的金額不太一樣~提供參考 浴室中只有一條浴巾跟擦髮巾，乾淨度ok 空間也算寬敞~住宿經驗ok

還算可以

因為疫情因爲連假的關係，飯店人員好像很精簡，ㄧ人hold 全場的概念，我們是住一大床（2張單床合併）雙人房，進去後整潔度還滿ok，結果電燈壞了，跟服務台反應，卻從10:30等到11:30等好久，才有人來處理，中間想說要求換房，但不行，只好默默的繼續等候。心情有些被打壞。

這次住宿 是我跟女友跨年夜 感覺都很不錯 飯店也應要求 給了我高樓層的房間 讓我可以看夜景 美中不足的就是 早上會被街道的車吵醒 不過這點不影響我對飯店的印象
