This home is nestled in a stunning alpine setting, perfectly positioned to capture abundant sunlight throughout the day. The main level features soaring cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows along the back of the home, filling the space with natural light. Two sliding glass doors open to an expansive outdoor living area. The deck spans the full length of the home enduring privacy and a true mountain escape!


***Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions.

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of
age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25

Great house with updated bathrooms and nice kitchen. Easy, short drive to Kings Beach. Host was also very attentive and responded quickly to messages. Overall a great time.
