With an open floor plan, plenty of room for everyone, and a comfortable atmosphere, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The fully-equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, and the dining area is perfect for family dinners after a day of exploring or hitting the slopes.

Relax in the spacious living room with a movie or game night, or step outside and soak in the Jacuzzi hot tub and enjoy a meal under the pine trees. Kids will love the spacious play area upstairs, and you’ll have easy access to Tahoe's outdoor activities year-round.

This home is ideally situated for easy access to everything Tahoe has to offer. We’re just a short drive to the middle of Tahoe City (walkable/bikeable on the paved bike trail), where you can explore shops, restaurants, and outdoor adventures. The nearby beach is a short walk away, perfect for picnics, swimming, and sunbathing during the warmer months, and in the winter, you’ll be close to the region’s best skiing and snowboarding resorts. The local favorite boat launch is next to the playground 2 blocks away.
