Loved our stay here. Love the individual bungalow style set up with a big balcony and lots of privacy with lovely views made it feel like our own little home. Loved the private beach area and how close the hotel is to the town to wander into. Breakfast was beautiful each morning by the pool and the sea in the background.

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at Radisson blu, from the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional specially Najat who works at the front desk, she’s very nice and friendly. The check in process was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, modern, and spacious the room was.

Stunning resort and location

Wow what a beaituful resort and a great location. From check in, everything was amazing including an upgrade to a bungalow. Right on a sandy beach, the beach bar was memorable watching the stunning moroccan sunset. Surfing was great too.

The Radison was a nice environment to be in and lots of facilities however for the price you pay and the standard of food was awful. Both the breakfast and the buffet for an evening meal were below par for a hotel of that standard.

Overall we had a lovely stay despite some issues we faced, in summary they could be a bit more organised. From confusion at check in about a half/full board deal that was offered to us prior to arrival, (heads up they are NOT as good as they make out) and then hide the deal after so you cant refer back to it which left me feeling annoyed as it was like “have you got proof?” If not then this is the price! We had to change rooms mid stay due to an extremely bad smell in the room, They ran out of plates and food mid way through breakfast and dinner most days and the tables weren’t laid properly simple things like salt&pepper! Another example was they put a note through our door inviting us to a beach bar party on the evening and then we got there and had no where to sit as apparently you had to prebook a spot, so had one drink and left! The hotel is in a beautiful spot but they definitely could do better! The day staff around the pool were great like Brahim who couldn’t do enough for us and all the guests. A bit more attention to detail and this could be a 10/10.

We got upgraded to a bungalow. A bungalow is a must to have to experience the beautiful scenery while relaxing on your hammock. We spent most of our time at the hotels amazing beach setup having a relaxing beach vacation. All the staff was amazing and attentive cause it’s not those huge resorts so making it feel more personable . Taghazout is a beautiful peaceful quite happy clean chill surfing vibe town with soft golden sand. 6 min walk on boardwalk to the town which was nice chill beach surfer vibes and safe and clean. Lovely hotel with superb staff. We stayed in a bungalow. Simple, but plenty of space. Large terrace with table, chairs and hammock. Pool area well kept with plenty of loungers and parasols. Good food. Stylish outdoor bar. All the staff were brilliant and we were very well looked after. Highly recommended.

The hotel provided a pleasant stay with a very friendly and helpful staff, always ready to find solutions. Zakaria at the reception was particularly outstanding, always answering our questions with a smile. However, the beds were not very comfortable, which was a downside for me. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the kids were happy and satisfied with our stay.
