너무 더러워요

사진으로 보고 깨끗해서 비싸지만 오랜만에 가족여행이라 선택했는데 청소도 안 되어있고 기본적인 친절도없고 너무 실망했습니다 절대로 추천 안 합니다

처음에 도착해서 관리실 들어가서 체크인 했는데 그 다른 비용추가 문제에서 잘못된 착오로 몇분간 비용문제로 더 돈을 내야한다고 해서 그문제로 사장님과 쫌 불편함 아닌 불편한 마찰이 있었고 계산을 잘못하셨더라구요;;.. 그후 숙소 체크인하고 들어간뒤 .. 이미지와 생각했던 것처럼 너무 달라서 놀랐고..위생및 청결이 좋지는 않았습니다 ..ㅠㅠ 모기는 생각보단 너무 많고 방충망도 낡아서 모기가 너무 많이들어오고..아이들이 모기에 많이 뜯겼어요.. 또한 이불도 베게도 새 이불 치곤 너무 냄새가 나고 수건도 냄새가 나서 ..ㅠㅠ 청결치고는 별로였어요.. 거미줄,모기,벌레 등등이 쫌 있는거 치곤 너무 생각외에 크게.. 그랬습니다.. 냉장고도 시원하지도 않고 얼음 넣는 공간도 얼음이 잘 얼려지지 않았습니다… ㅠㅠㅠ 아이들이 있는경우에는 다음번에는 호텔에서 지내는게 낫다고 생각이 듭니다.. ; 몇박으로 지내는 돈도 싼 편은 아니므로 차라리 돈을 더 내고 위생청결 깨끗한 서비스좋은 곳에서 지내는게 났다고 생각이 들었던거 같습니다.
