The staff was geeat, but the air conditioner in our room was out of control. We called for assistance, but it just would not shut off automatically The bathroom had mold all around the shower door and the room seem to have mold too. The hotel could use a good cleaning.

This hotel is supposed to be Hotel of the Year but it falls short on so many levels. Dated hotel Check in was a nightmare as waited awhile in line then it took another 12 minutes to check to see if room I had already paid for was available. Went to room and key card did not work. 6 staff at front desk and only 3 working. Wi-Fi was not working but they finally fixed it. No hand towels or wash cloths in room. Spoke to General Manager on duty and all she said was they were sorry and that was it. Do not bother as this hotel is not worth it.
