Located in the village of Mauerham, just a few minutes' walk from Lake Tachinger, the charming Julia holiday apartment, which belongs to the Straßer residence, is the perfect accommodation for a quiet and relaxing holiday in this beautiful part of Bavaria. The child-friendly and high-quality furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a bedroom, a children's room with bunk beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The holiday apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Facilities also include WiFi, satellite and cable TV, a cot and a high chair.
From the holiday apartment, you have a view of the paddock and apple trees. The beautiful 3000 m² garden, from which you can see the lake and mountains, is shared with the 3 other holiday apartments in the residence and has a fish pond, table tennis tables and a playground as well as a paddling pool for children. The private outdoor area has a covered terrace, and in the communal outdoor dining area you can spend your evenings enjoying delicious grilled meat or fresh fish.
In just 6 minutes (600 m) you can reach the residence's private beach via a footpath, where you can lie in the sun and take a refreshing dip in the lake while enjoying the magnificent mountain panorama. The nearest supermarket and a restaurant serving local dishes are located 3 minutes' drive (2.1 km) away in Taching am See. Waging am See, a picturesque town on Lake Waging with many cafés and restaurants, is a 10-minute drive (6.2 km) from the holiday apartment. Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen und hat einen tollen großen Garten zum Spielen für die Kinder. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, und die Kommunikation war sehr nett und lief absolut reibungslos.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub
Wir waren im Apartement "Julia" untergebracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können jedem dieses Apartment empfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, sodass in kurzer Zeit die wunderschöne Umgebung erkundet werden kann.
