The holiday rental in this Art Nouveau villa is located on the ground floor in the beautiful Thuringian Kneipp spa town of Bad Tabarz and is surrounded by a park with mature trees.

It is situated directly across from Theodor-Neubauer Park and the Hotel zur Post, in a quiet location right in the centre of Bad Tabarz.

This well-maintained and comfortable holiday rental is equipped with Wi-Fi and is cosy and tastefully furnished for a relaxing holiday.

Not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The rental price includes all utility costs based on consumption. Guests need only bring their own bed linens and hand and tea towels.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, satellite TV, and gas heating.

Top für Familien und Paare

Wir haben in dieser Ferienwohnung einen tollen Osterurlaub zu 3. verbracht. Die Ausstattung war sehr gepflegt, vor allem die Küche war super ausgestattet und in den Betten haben wir super geschlafen, keine durchgelegenen oder verschmutzten Matratzen, alles tip top. Und auch die Lage ist ein Traum, mega zentral, Bäcker und Supermarkt nur 5min entfernt, ein Traum. Für E-Auto Fahrer gibt es ebenfalls fußläufig eine 22kW Ladesäule mit 2 Anschlussmöglichkeiten. Kurz um, immer wieder gern.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen

Netter Empfang durch den Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist in Ordnung. Schöne neue Küche. Alles andere etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Wohnzimmer hat uns eine Stehlampe gefehlt, es gab nur die große Deckenbeleuchtung.

Schöne, ruhige und saubere Ferienwohnung

Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung begeistert. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und erklärte uns alles. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Sogar Spiele waren vorhanden. Sie ist zentral und denn noch sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank

Ruhige Tage in schöner Winterlandschaft

Toll ist die Lage: Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral gelegen und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wanderwege sind super ausgeschildert und starten quasi vor der Tür; goßer Spielplatz in einer Minute Entfernung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, die Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe unkompliziert. Alles, was im Inserat steht, war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Heizung funktionierte sehr gut, was wichtig war, das es an einigen Tagen sehr kalt war. Auf Anfrage wurden auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher gegen eine Gebürht zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden auch wiederkommen! Danke!

Eine echte Entdeckung

Eine echte Entdeckung Der Thüringer Wald und Bad Tabarz waren für uns eine echte Entdeckung. die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, für uns vier ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Ort, und man kann direkt von dort sehr viele schöne Wanderwege begehen. Die Beschilderung ist sehr gut, man findet sich also gut zurecht. Zugleich war es selbst jetzt mitten im Sommer nicht überlaufen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!
