The space
Il Giardino di Tegola is a bright 37 m² home surrounded by nature, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a study corner, a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Recently renovated, it can host up to 4 guests. You will find air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an outdoor shower, and a workspace. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. One pet is allowed. The property entrance is shared with the owners.
The veranda is ideal for outdoor meals, letting you relax among olive and fruit trees, accompanied by the sound of cicadas. The private garden is perfect for enjoying the peace of the Sicilian countryside. On-site parking is available. Cats will keep you company during your stay.
Located midway between Syracuse, a city of Greek art, and Noto, a baroque gem, the house is a great base for exploring eastern Sicily’s main attractions. Close to the beaches of Avolese and Syracuse, Cavagrande, and the Plemmirio marine reserve. The accommodation is 1 km from the beaches of Fontane Bianche and just a few steps from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and shops.
