An impeccably clean, comfortable, bright & spacious 6 year new property fully-equipped & furnished 2 Bedroom Legal Suite with Laundry. I can supply a Queen Air Mattress & bedding, as well as extra towels to accommodate 6 for an extra fee of $100.

In-floor heat & air to air exchanger for added comfort. Separate entrance.

Telus Home Services includes Wi-Fi.

Outdoor BBQ. A small green space on property & plenty of green space immediately to the right of the property, perfect for a game of frisbee!

This neighbourhood is a lovely & quiet residential area. There is shopping & dining within 2 blocks. The lake is only 8 blocks away.

We go to the property and the house owner is living there and he said people have booked this place and showed up we were the 5th ones of the day ! Still hasn’t contacted Vrbo to take the property listing down
