Premium vacation home with a sauna, patio, and garden

The Deichvilla Tinnum Sylt is an exclusive holiday home, newly built in 2026, that offers you modern luxury, clean lines, and the highest level of comfort. With approximately 125 m² of living space spread across four levels, families, couples, or small groups of up to six people can enjoy a stylish ambiance in a quiet yet central location in Tinnum. The light-filled rooms, high-quality underfloor heating, and a cosy gas fireplace create a warm atmosphere that invites you to relax in every season. Three tastefully furnished bedrooms and two modern, walk-in shower bathrooms provide the comfort you desire on holiday.

The Deichvilla’s open-concept layout combines a cosy living area with a luxurious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and a coffee maker and Nespresso espresso machine. A toaster, electric kettle, and a full set of dishes are available for convivial meals, whether at the inviting dining table or in the comfortable sofa area. Three rooms feature modern TVs, and high-speed internet starting at 100 Mbit/s—such as via fibre optics—ensures the best in digital entertainment or productive work.

A special highlight of the holiday home is the private Finnish sauna, which offers soothing relaxation after a day breathing in the North Sea air. The elegant outdoor area, featuring a terrace and a well-maintained, fenced-in garden, invites you to enjoy sunny hours outdoors. A washer-dryer is available for longer stays. The free private parking directly at the house makes your arrival and departure easier; a car is recommended for exploring the island. For your rented or personal bicycles, there is a lockable bike shed in the backyard.

The location is also a major plus: the fine sandy beach is only about 1,200 metres away, and shopping, restaurants, and public transport are all within a radius of about 500 metres. Sports enthusiasts will find numerous activities nearby, such as cycling, horseback riding, tennis, golf, and water sports. Culture and nature lovers can enjoy museums, a cinema, events, as well as bird- and whale-watching or boat tours. The Deichvilla is a smoke-free property; youth groups are welcome upon request, and contactless check-in and check-out are available. Bedding, towels, and a starter kit are included upon arrival.
