Haus Metropol 172 Ostbalkon
Metropol House, apt. Location: The Metropol house is located directly on the Westerland beach between the two pedestrian zones. The Sylter Welle and the Syltness Center are in the immediate vicinity. This apartment is on the 7th Floor facing east. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 32 m² for 2 people. Equipment: The living room is furnished with a sofa, the dining area in front of the window and a wall unit. A double wall bed is placed in the wall unit. From the east balcony you have a clear view of the city and, with a clear view, up to the mudflats. The kitchenette with the microwave is in the hallway. The bathroom is a shower room. A parking space can be rented, depending on availability, outside or in the underground garage. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
