From the balcony you can have a small view of the sea. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 50 m². For up to four people. Equipment: The living room is u. a. furnished with a couch that can serve as a sofa bed, an armchair and the dining area in front of the window. The large west balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed and a large built-in closet (with TV). The separate kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment and utensils, and high-quality dishes from Villeroy and Boch are also included. There is also a telephone with a flat rate to the German landline and WiFi, as well as a Tivoli radio and CD player. The bathroom has a shower and an individual large vanity. A parking space on the property can be booked separately. Non smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. A parking space in the yard belongs to the apartment. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
