Ferienwohnung in marodem Charme
Das Gebäude ist zwar sehr zentral gelegen, aber insgesamt in einem sanierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Die Einrichtung der FeWo war einfach, insgesamt jedoch zweckmäßig. Der Mietpreis scheint uns im Verhältnis zur Leistung zu hoch, auch nim Vergleich mit anderen FeWoen in anderen, touristisch stark frequentierten Ferienorten.

Perfekte Wohnung für einen zentralen Aufenthalt in Westerland
Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof entfernt. Direkt in der Einkaufsstraße. Zum Strand 7 Minuten. Der direkte Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super nett. Konnten am Anreisetag 4 Stunden eher in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sauber, perfekte Lage! Was will man mehr?!!! Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Tolle Lage in der City
Super Lage vom Objekt direkt in der Stadtmitte. Alles ist Fussläufig erreichbar. Teilweise muss die Einrichtung mal erneuert werden. Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Teilweise lag Vergammeltes Obst vom Vor-Vor Mieter noch im Korb. Hier müsste die Endreinigung besser Arbeiten.

Zentrale Lage, toll für einen Kurzurlaub
Das Online Inserat ist ziemlich genau und die Fotos beschönigen nichts. Allerdings ist die Tiefgarage nur für Kleinwagen geeignet. Es sollte auch erwähnt werden, dass von dem Restaurant im Erdgeschoss die Küchengerüche schon morgens im Appartement wahrzunehmen sind. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre ein Besen und/oder Staubsauger nützlich .
