Narrow Neck Lodge, situated in close proximity to the heart of Katoomba, is the quintessential Blue Mountains getaway to enjoy time out with your family and friends. This holiday home features two levels with spacious accommodation, an outdoor jacuzzi, a garden, balcony views, barbecue facilities, spa bath, rumpus room/garage with with ping pong table and seating, free WiFi, and free private parking.

Entering the house from a private drive, the open plan lounge kitchen looks directly out to the extensive Megalong Valley. The deck overlooking the bush is directly accessed by large sliding glass doors, including the separate dining room with raw timber table for 12, which also takes in the amazing views. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and utensils. This A-framed cedar timber home across 2 levels easily sleeps 12 adults, with its 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms complete with a hairdryer and walk-in wardrobes. The house is warmed in winter by an efficient slow combustion fireplace and the reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout both levels, which also cools in summer.

With amazing views of the majestic Megalong Valley from the main living area, you can relax by the wood-burning fireplace warming your feet and watching the mist roll up the valley. Alternatively, enjoy a summer BBQ with cocktails on the large deck. For a more outdoor experience, Katoomba Scenic World is a short 6-minute drive away where you can ride the famous Skyway or the Scenic Railway. A few meters further around the escarpment you can visit the world-famous Three Sisters along the Cliff Drive scenic route, or take the extensive bushwalks the Blue Mountains are famous for.

The lodge is a comfortable stay for up to 12 people and is ideal for large, respectful groups and families. There is driveway parking to comfortably fit 3 vehicles, as well as plenty of immediate street parking.

A starter welcome pack of firewood, firelighters, and matches is provided during firewood season for your first night.
Further firewood and firelighters can be purchased at the local petrol stations.

ACCESSIBILITY
The top level has accessible amenities including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, the open plan living and kitchen area, the dining room, and the deck.
Entry to the top level is via a ramp from the driveway into the master bedroom, which connects to the rest of the top level.
The downstairs area is accessible via the driveway.

9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW
Due to the close proximity of neighbours near to the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas.
Please ensure you are super quiet when outside during this time.

IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY
Please note that this property is not available to hold lunches and dinners, or any other gatherings for people who are not booked to stay at the property.
The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation.

NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY
Please note that this property has a very strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. Under no circumstances is this a party house or venue.
The neighbours are in very close proximity as it is a very quiet and peaceful residential area.
Please note there will be an immediate eviction without a refund if there is a breach of our terms conditions.

Please note Narrow Neck Lodge has CCTV cameras installed around the external areas of the property.

PAYMENT POLICY
Bookings are only confirmed once a minimum deposit of 50% is paid 30 days or greater to the arrival booking date.
The balance payment plus the refundable security bond are due 30 days to the arrival booking date.
Full payment plus the refundable security bond are required when booked less than 30 days to the arrival booking date.
Please note that a non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments including the bond.
Payments will appear as *SEC ACCOMMODATED BYRON BAY/LENNOX HEAD NSW* on your bank statement.
By making payment/s for your booking it is deemed you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.
Bond refunds are processed 7 days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations 60 days or greater to the arrival date, incur a $5.00 non-refundable channel manager fee.
Cancellations 30 - 59 days to the arrival date will forfeit 50% of the full tariff.
Cancellations within 30 days to the arrival date will forfeit 100% of the full tariff.
If the person who booked is prohibited by law to travel due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to a year in advance, with one free date change.
Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of any events, functions, booked activities, or any other changed circumstances guests may experience and as such any cancellations due to the above-mentioned issues, will be governed by our cancellation policy.
